DAN PFAU is an L.A. based actor and creator of the web-series THERAPY.

On TV, Dan has appeared on sitcoms like Hot in Cleveland and Crowded working with legends like Betty White and Stacy Keach. Dan has also appeared in numerous national spots for companies like Burger King, Samsung, Fiat, and US Bank.

On Film, Dan has worked with award winning directors and appeared in short films and features that have premiered at SXSW, TriBeCa Film Festival and Sundance.

In 2016, Dan released THERAPY, a comedy series he wrote, produced and starred in about an unlicensed therapist who puts an ad on craigslist offering sessions for $30 a pop. Comedy influencers at Splitsider.com wrote: “Clearly we don’t NEED another show about therapy…then came Dan Pfau’s Therapy, and I realize now that I may be up for another roll in the hay with old faithful..Dan’s performance is just uniquely strong, and his couch-guests are fresh..there’s no reason Dan shouldn’t keep trying to get this one off the ground.”

Dan was born in New York and raised in Princeton, New Jersey where he was awarded the 2003 Governor’s Scholarship for Theater. He holds a BFA from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts, where he trained at David Mamet and William H. Macy’s Atlantic Theater Company.

A proud member of SAG-AFTRA, Dan currently resides in Los Angeles.
